Commercial properties

The Trust owns property (land and buildings) leased to commercial tenants at market rents, typically for periods of one to five years. Tenants include national brands such as Farmlands and Stihl, as well as a range of local businesses.

The Trust’s commercial property portfolio is independently valued every two years. The most recent valuation, undertaken by Colliers as at 31 March 2025, valued the portfolio at $7,830,000.

The Trust also owns community land in Greytown and managed funds in an investment portfolio.
