The Trust owns land in Greytown held for community purposes.
While these community lands don’t provide a financial return to the Trust, they deliver recreational, cultural, and well-being dividends to Greytown.
Tenants include the South Wairarapa District Council, Greytown Bowling Club, Cobblestones Museum Trust and the Royal NZ Plunket Trust.
These lands for community use have a combined QV value of $4,150,000.
The Trust also owns commercial properties and managed funds in an investment portfolio.
