As representative of the applicant organisation, I agree to the following terms and conditions: a) Eligible applications are considered by the Greytown Lands Trust Trustees and awarded at their discretion and on the merits of each project for the greater well-being of the Greytown community. b) Applicants must acknowledge receipt of the funds for audit purposes. c) If successful, the funds awarded must be applied to the purpose as stated in this application and not applied to any other purpose without first seeking approval from the Trust Manager. d) That Greytown Lands Trust may publish the name of your organisation, a description of your project, the amount of funds awarded and any photographic images. e) At completion of the project, applicants are required to complete an Evaluation Form reporting on the result of the project.
