Tertiary Education Scholarship - 2026

REGISTRATION OF INTEREST

The Trust has allocated up to $10,000 to be awarded across two tertiary education scholarships for the 2026 academic year.   All ages may apply.

To apply for a scholarship an applicant must be a Greytown resident, or have a registered Greytown address to call home if studying and living out of the area.  

Applicants must also be:

·   In their second or further year of tertiary study in 2026.
·   Confident of obtaining good academic results for the current academic year.

Please note: if you qualify for the government’s Final-Year Fees Free scheme for 2026, you are not eligible to apply.

Registrations of interest must be made by completing the below form and submitting by 5pm on Friday 31 October 2025.

  • All Registrations of Interest received will be reviewed by the Trust and from those registrations a number of students will be invited to submit a more detailed application between Thursday 6 November and Friday 21 November.

    Following assessment of these applications a shortlist of applicants will be invited to meet with a selection panel of the Trust with decisions on awards to be made and communicated in the week commencing Monday 8 December and announced subsequently in the Greytown Grapevine and the Midweek.
